We offer Standard and Express delivery options. You can make the decision when you check out..
It’s important to us that you receive your purchases in a timely manner. Due to COVID-19, please be aware delivery times may vary.
During sale and promotional periods, your order will be processed and dispatched as quickly as possible from our shop. However, busy periods could result in some delays with dispatch.
Shipping & Delivery
- The estimated delivery time is from the date the order has shipped, not necessarily the date of the order. All orders are usually shipped within 2 business days.
- Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
- There may be a delay of up to 2-4 business days during our sale periods.
- Shipping times are a guideline only. Once your parcel has been collected by the courier, we are not responsible for any delays in delivery.
- Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, you can track your order by clicking the link in the email or track your order with Australia Post.
- Please note once your order has been placed online, we are unable to make amendments to product, customer, or delivery details. Alternatively, if you have any queries about placing an order or an order you have received, please contact our Customer Care team.
Returns & Exchanges
All online returns will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your parcel and you will be notified via email once it is completed. If your item is faulty, please contact our support team to assist you with the process of your return.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN:
- Items returned must be in their original sale condition (unused with all original packaging and labels)
- Unfortunately, due to hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any jewellery.
- Gift cards cannot be returned for change of mind reasons.
- Shipping costs from online purchases and click and collect are non-refundable.
- You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges for verification purposes.
